Regular vs. deep cleaning: which one does your home need?

Weekly visits maintain. Deep cleaning resets. Most homes need both — just not on the same day every time.

Regular cleaning is maintenance: kitchens, baths, floors, and the dust you see. Deep cleaning is a reset: grout, baseboards, the layer behind the toilet, the film on interior windows. Mixing them up is how people feel overcharged or under-served.

Choose regular when

  • Someone already lives there and tidies between visits
  • You want a standing weekly or biweekly slot
  • The home is not recovering from a renovation or a long vacancy

Choose deep when

  • It is the first visit, or nobody has cleaned in months
  • You are moving, hosting, or selling
  • Allergies flared after winter closed the windows

A common D&L plan is one deep clean, then regular visits. We will say so on the quote instead of hiding hours. Text (978) 967-0429 with photos of the kitchen and baths if you want a faster number.
